On 24th of September 2024 EGS-plan’s Managing Director Dr. Robert Himmler was invited to the Net-Zero Event of Netizens to deliver a speech about “Net-Zero Buildings: Best Practice Examples”.
The presentation included a short introduction to different building energy standards like net-zero, plus-energy and energy-self-sufficiency. Focus was the introduction of several of EGS-plan’s innovative projects in Germany and Thailand to show that ambitious environmental goals can be implemented in a cost efficient and sustainable way.
