Dhanarak Asset Development builds real estate for the Thai government. Their new office building is the headquarter of the company and shall therefore fulfil highest sustainability requirements also as an example for future government developments.
Dhanarak Asset Development has contracted EGS-plan to develop an energy and sustainability concept for the building. Main goal of the concept is to achieve an excellent work environment and highest environmental quality.
